About The Dog Trainers John A Sampson I.....Karen E Sampson Began training horses as a boy growing up on a ranch. Joined the United States Army at age 17 leaving home serving as a scout/sniper with the 101st Airborne Division and then with Recon 1st Cav. Division. He was "volunteered" to attend a K9 Handler course and became a K9 Explosive Detection Dog Handler (EDD) / Patrol Dog Handler. John A Sampson received multiple decorations for his service to include providing security for a presidential visit. After leaving the United States Army, he met and married his wife Karen & they both established K9 Training. The rest as they say is history. They have trained dogs for over 35 + years emphasizing on: Basic Obedience and Advanced Obedience Training, Service Dogs and Specialty Animals to perform intricate tasks. The clients of K9 Training are diverse and range from owners to agencies.
